Our fence Builds are broken up into categories and each begins with a standard style at a set price per linear ft installed. You can choose to add details to the standard fence to make it your own. Each detail will increase the overall price per linear ft depending on the extra labor required for the detail and extra material needed. Some details such as gapping boards can actually decrease the overall price.

Fence Builds

Vertical Picket  Fences

Sometimes you cant beat the classics. A standard wooden fence with the fence boards arranged vertically.  As a standard we gap our boards at 1/4 of an inch, to allow for board swelling but you can request larger gapping to create different styles. This may be the most common residential fence in the U.S. but checkout some of the different styles and details you can add to make it yours.  Although sometimes you just cant beat the classics.

Horizantal Fences

We define Horizontal fences  by the orientation of their boards. They can offer the same privacy as vertical but are often considered more modern and stylish. These fences are very versatile, and in many cases used for decoration more than privacy. Click the link below to see if you are more of a horizontal person than a vertical.

A timeless look, these fences can provide a barrier at a cost-effective price and still look good. Orignally used as animal barriers, the split rail can offer much more than that today. We install both the classic nothched timber stlye and modern versions built with dimensional lumber. The perfect choice to border yor property line with style.

Chain Link   Fences

No matter who you are, I'm sure you are  familiar with a chain link fence. You may have even hopped over a couple back in your day. Chain-link does have good reason for its popularity though. It is our most cost-efficient option and has the lowest amount of maintenance long term. You can add privacy slats to acheive comparable privacy to our other fences and you can get them in most colors.  Sometimes i wonder why chainlink isnt the only fencing option. I hope one day chain link gets the recognition it deserves.
